1. How can I use the driver for the first time?
A: After correctly connecting the power line, motor line, and Hall line, the external potentiometer slowly accelerates, and the motor rotates correctly, and then test the enable, direction and other functions in turn. If you are unfamiliar with this product, you should test it for the first time before installing it for actual use.
2. What is the impact of reverse power connection?
A: Will burn the drive immediately.
3. What is the highest voltage of the upper control signal V?
A: The maximum voltage of the speed control signal is 5V, exceeding this voltage will cause the drive to burn.
4. After the driver has been working for a long time, the housing is relatively hot, is it normal?
A: Normally, under normal temperature, working the shell for a long time to 90 degrees will not affect the performance.
5. The power indicator is on, but the motor does not rotate and shakes. What is the reason?
A:It may be that there is an error between the phase line and the Hall line. Please follow the motor manual and reconnect the power to test.
6. Can I adjust the speed of my motor to 6000 with this driver?
A:The maximum speed of the brushless motor is determined by the parameters of the motor itself, and the driver can control the motor speed from 0 to the highest speed.
7. I already have a motor on my hand. How do I connect it after purchasing this driver?
A:You must first determine the definition of the phase line and Hall line of the motor on your hand before wiring. If you are not sure, you need to ask the motor manufacturer. Incorrect wiring will cause damage to the drive.
8. Can I add some functions to this drive or develop new products?
A: Yes, please contact our company.
